All Star Cheer and Dance Teams
All teams must use the above link for our online registration.
The registration system does require participant rosters
and date of births in order to register for an event. You can do this by using the “Import USASF Rosters” function on your account.
You will need to enter your USASF username and password
and follow the directions provided. This will help alleviate crossover issues.

In order to register for Non-Affiliated division, you can upload a spreadsheet that includes athletes first name, last name, dob and gender.
This will make the registration process quick and easy!
ALL COACHES, NO MATTER THE AFFILIATION, MUST HAVE A CURRENT BACKGROUND CHECK!
Medical Waivers
All non-USASF athletes are required to provide 1 medical waiver per year (August 31, 2022-August 30, 2023).
Please have athlete’s parent/guardian complete the waiver below and COACHES can return these at Event check on the day of the event.
